Install AlembicTFCbake.py via Blender Preferences Addon dialog or place into Blender.

Usage.

1. Right click on the Transform Cache and select the AlembicTRCbake.
2. Select Sampling Rate
3. Done

MeshSequenceCache to Keyframes?

If this could make Mesh Sequence Cache modifier for alembic files this would be amazing for Marvelous Designer users so we can import the simulated clothing into blender and be able to adjust the animations keyframes.
