Pointless validation of build method left in the code caused an issue. Found 
and resolved the fault, available in next commit.

I should be able to do some rule reporting and test out more of the program
this saturday and in the coming week. I've been pouring through the books
and have a few notes.

I think I have the commit feature worked out, I should have some adjusted
prices ready when proofread the run and gun material.
