Can't view all check-ins

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to dishNOM
2. Click on "Me"
3. Click on "Checkins"
4. Scroll to bottom of the screen ... you can only see last 20.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect a "next" button or some way to see your entire checkin history.

Feature Request: Add Nomming Date to Posts

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Check into resturant and enter dishes with tasting notes
2. Wake up the next day and write a review for the dishes
3. Click on "Publish this Visit"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I see "Julius H. nommed at "Name of Resturaunt" in San Francisco, CA".  

Would like to see "On such-and-such-date at this-time Julius H. nommed at 
"Name of Resturaunt" in San Francisco, CA"

Feature Request: Remove Dishes

Please allow users to delete dishes once they are created.  For example, 
Julius' phone occasional does not get reception inside a restaurant and he 
would use my phone to input dishes.  However, I don't always eat everything 
he inputs.  Then it will look like I ate stuff that I didn't and can't nom 
about.
