GRT's GTFS Files Aren't Served With Friendly CORS Headers

If you wget the files off of http://www.regionofwaterloo.ca/en/regionalGovernment/GRT_GTFSdata.asp you'll notice no Access-Control-Allow-Origin headers.

I've chatted on twitter with them and the current (as of Nov 23) word is "It'll have to be approved by the security team first." When they get a timeline, they'll provide it.

This issue is to track whose court the ball is in, and how long it's been there. Currently it's been nearly a month without word. I keep occasionally testing to see if CORS headers have been added. So far: no.
