windows 7 32位下，部署失败（已解决）

步骤：
1.windows 7 32;
2.PHP Version 5.4.25,TS,VC9
3.将php_robbe-vc9.dll放在php/ext/下
4.friso.dll放在c:/windows下
5.配置php.ini(extension=php_robbe-vc9.dll,加friso.ini路径);
输出rb_split结果，
结果：
一个字一个字输出（每个汉字独立成一个词）
期望：
一个词一个词的输出

phpnow 环境配置完环境后， 启动测试程序， apache 立即结束

phpinfo中已经成功显示了robbe信息。 robbe.ini 
也有配置字典路径， 但是一提交测试数据， apache 
就自动关闭， win8 + phpnow 环境 apache2.0 + php5.2.14
