ClosureCommand or another easy way to add new commands

This could be tough to implement because each command needs to have a fair bit of definition; I'll see if I can prototype something like this because I do like the simplicity.

This appears to be not as tough as predicted; I have a prototype but need to finish it and do some testing

There is two possibilityies.

1. We allow two parameters to command and interpolate on the number of arguments. Downside is the code could be quite messy.
2. We rename the command method into something else like add and use command($name, $callable) instead. The downside is that we break everything. The positive is it names more sense to do $app->command('something', function () {}) instead of $app->simple($name, function () {}).
