關於本教程

這份文件是五倍紅寶石的內部教育訓練教材，用以建立新進社員對於 Ruby on Rails 以及各種週邊技術的基礎知識。原始版本為日本株式会社万葉編撰。

所有新進工程師或技術實習生，不論其原本技術能力如何，皆需要完成本份教程中的必修課題。

我們對於研習期間沒有特別的規定，只要完成所有的步驟就算是研習結束。

在本教程中，預設會有下列兩種角色：

  • 新人（mentee）：本教程的使用者。
  • 導師（mentor）：對新人進行教育、指導、建議。也負責帶領新人討論並決定需求與規格等。

導師要指導新人到什麼程度，完全交由導師自己決定。研習期間的設定，也是由導師依據新人能力和公司專案狀態，做初步的評估。
