This orb needs the URL of this repository in its top-level description.

It's using the wrong/old GitHub org name and repo name.

Support port 6697 with TLS

What would you like to be added

I would like to support port 6697, the standard TLS port for IRC.

Why is this needed

There could be sensitive information in the notification and therefore we should encourage folks to use TLS. Some networks don't support port 6667 at all.
