Basic DevP2P

1. How to integrate with LibP2P? Does the daemon mode work?
2. Does LibP2P can communicate with Ethereum DevP2P?
3. Which implementation to use? Rust or Go?

Both 1 and 2 requirements are still unavailable, I prefer to wait for rust-libp2p ( or maybe I'll contribute to) to implement those feature, and integrate through libp2p daemon-mode.
