Add documentation for all modules and namespaces, remove params that are provided automatically

Rison support in vuex module

1. Install rison npm package (github has latest version, not npm)
2. Get requests with search queries need to be encoded from json to rison.

Add search by ID for all models

ReferenceError: babelHelpers is not defined

Probably due to the older version of babel being used, should update to babel 7 and updated preset libs for rollup.

Remove limit values from all search queries

Test suite for module

Currently, testing is performed through local development with npm link.

Test folder should be made with a sample vue app and swagger file from a testing citizenscience instance

Reset state should exist for each module as well as for the whole library

The library currently does not reset (although almost all data is a network action), some stored data should be reset without having to reset the whole store of the client

Update calls

Backend no longer has activities and user update methods needs to be modified
