Getting Started

You need to be in the directory that contains the docker-compose.yml file

Run the following command in a terminal:

docker compose up -d 

This should be all you need to get the project up and running

mapsforus's Issues

Add an option to the spreadsheet to disable single-finger panning

It's annoying (especially on mobile) to be scrolling the page and then suddenly find yourself scrolling the map.

Present three options in the spreadsheet (not sure what these should be named for clarity):

1. Allow dragging
2. Disallow dragging on mobile
3. Disallow dragging everywhere

Add a link for people to contribute to the map?

Make this an option in the Information sheet

Decide on release strategy

• Make releases
• Decide how to handle breaking changes so that people can still view their old maps (maybe /v2/ in url?)
• Write documents so people can upgrade (and restructure their google sheet) if they want the new functionality

Add sources to bottom left corner (by changing the Information sheet)

Attributions

I'm testing this out and am loading a 400x400px map. The attributions is showing as three lines which is about 5-10% of the total height. Is there a way to knock this down to a bottom-right corner hyperlink to the various sources?

Blank row in spreadsheet breaks map

All rows after the blank one don't get displayed

All links in map should open in _parent

So they will work when in an iframe
