Deep links option requires sources list to be initiated

By default the sources list in the WP-Admin is all checked, but not saved in the plugin options. The list has to be saved as an option once the deep links is enabled. Currently the sources list is updated only if a change in the list occured.

Allow users to enable only the address book providers that they want

Add an option to enable deep links

The "from your Address Book" link is a good default, but people should be able to override it and show address book logos here instead.

Display the Proxy URL value

Everyone will need to paste this URL into their CloudSponge account settings, so let's make it easy to copy it to their clipboard and deep link directly to the page where they need to paste it.

Address Book Sources via Web Service

Implementation of https://api.cloudsponge.com/services.json. The idea is to replace the current static / hardcoded sources list.

Build a "Find Friends" feature

This is a common feature that every social network needs, it usually goes like this..

1. User clicks on "Find Friends" to easily locate all of his/her contacts that are already on the social network
2. They upload their address book
3. They get a list of everyone in their address book that is on the social network and a convenient button to follow/connect/friend request all of them at once
4. They get an option to send invitations to everyone who's NOT here to help make the network stronger

3 and 4 will require some way to Select/Unselect people since not everyone is always going to want to follow or invite everyone.

This was casually mention in the upstream repo issues by Boone himself here: boonebgorges#139

Copy changes to the "CloudSponge" settings panel

This area needs some visualizations of our contact picker. A CloudSponge logo and a link to our sign up page are not very useful for anyone who has not heard of us.

Also, consider renaming the tab from "CloudSponge" to "Contact Picker"
