username and sync.py problems?

I'm trying to get this to work, but I have a few issues:

1. I'm not sure what username to use for "username.py". Do I just make up any username I want? What about the password? Is it supposed to match my google account? This detail isn't documented.
2. Related to point 1, when I created an arbitrary username and password, sync.py fails and returns "Requested entity was not found.". I assume it is not finding the username.
3. How do I add this to the Google Home app on my phone? I do not see any place to add a "Google Actions" project.

I opened Google Home app on my phone and I am trying to link it with my project.
The only problem I have is that I don't know what to fill the in the first and second input

Do you know what I have to fill the blanks.
I guessed that the password must be filled with 'test' as it is the default password in this file

Приветствую, Кластер не отвечает, так что жду помощи от кого-нибудь ещё. В общем, поднял сервер, пробил https туннель с помощью ngrok, сохранил ссылку от ngrok в actions on google, зашёл в google home -> тапнул на фото профиля -> Настройки ассистента -> Ассистент -> Автоматизация дома, нашёл мой 'сервис', ввёл логин/пароль, появился значёк загрузки: вход в систему -> подключение аккаунта {название моего приложения} и всплывает на сером фоне текст:

Код не изменял, только в конце добавил app.run .

sync.py

Hi, I enabled the homeGraph api and configured config.py, at startup sync.py response:
