Missing null checks will cause CAE to break if Debug is disabled.

There are seven missing null checks on Log.Debug statements that should have a '?' appended to prevent them from throwing errors if debug is disabled.

There's also a missing null check on the MechValidationRules_GetMechFieldableWarnings prefix that is present in the base code, and causes the function to throw a Null Reference Exception if mechdef is null.
