Eigen Decomposition Error

Error in eigen decomposition for variable 2469, this variable was not normalised.

Is there anything the user should do or is it unavoidable? Could it be mentioned in the function's documentation?

design matrix

Dear RUV-III-C team,

thank you for developing this tool. It looks really great and i would like to try it on my proteomics data but I might need your help with the design matrix.
I understand from your example you have randomly paired rums of a same sample but measured at different location. But i don't understand how the design matrix RUVIIIC needs for a more consensual experimental design.
Basically, i have different batches, with multiple technical replicate of a same reference sample in every of my batch.
but then, i don't understand how to group my runs so the technical replicates of my reference sample are used as negative control to normalize my batches containing the rest of the samples :(
