Restrict to PHP 7.4

OPCache Preload only works for PHP 7.4

Preloader Failing on deprecated cakephp core classes

CakePHP version: 4.3 (but likely affects other versions)

Preloader fails on deprecated classes:

Support CakePHP 5

Preloader breaks on cakephp 4.5

Likely due to changes in scripts. Port fix from v1 to v0: https://github.com/cnizzardini/cakephp-preloader/pull/17/files

Workaround is to remove the scripts section located at the bottom of the generated preload file and restart php-fpm.
