WeatherGO

WeatherGO is a web-based weather application that allows users to check current weather conditions in various locations. This project was developed as part of a coding bootcamp and is built using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Installation

To run WeatherGO locally, follow these steps:

  1. Clone this repository to your local machine using git clone.

    git clone https://github.com/CodecoolGlobal/weather-app-javascript-mehty8.git

  2. Start a local development server, such as Live Server, to serve the HTML file. If you don't have Live Server installed, you can install it using npm:

    npm install -g live-server

  3. Start development server and open the application in your web browser by navigating to http://localhost:8080 (or the URL provided by Live Server).

Usage

  1. Enter the name of a city in the search box.

  2. Choose a city from the autocomplete list.

  3. Click the 'Add to favorite' button to save the city to your favorites.

  4. Enjoy real-time weather updates!
