Migrate app to Nextjs's App Router

Having created the project using the --example flag with the with-typescript example introduces some older NextJS concepts such as the Page Router. We want to utilize the App Router to take advantage of Next 13's features most likely.

This could use more discovery into the value, but should be handled sooner rather than later.

Finish Auth0 implementation

In order to finish the Auth0 implementation, a decision needs to be made on #2

Unfortunately the UserProvider in 3.2 of @auth0/auth0-nextjs is incompatible with the Page Router, but can be modified to work in a hacky manner by overriding exports.

This shouldn't be done lightly & doubles efforts if the choice becomes to migrate to App Router.
