Feedback Fountain 🚀

The goal in creating Feedback Fountain is to cultivate an open channel of communication between businesses and their customers. By empowering customers to share their experiences in real-time, I aim to provide businesses with the immediate insights they need to continuously improve, enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty.

Lessons Learned 💭

Implementing React Basics and JSX. Adding components, props, & states to create fluidity throughout the application. Discovered node package manager called JSON-server to create a mock backend.

Optimization ✅

Adding authentication so users are able to submit reviews tied to their accounts. A security feature to prevent users from adding foul language.
