Seperate packet recieving/sending from processing

DarkNetwork should handle sending and recieving packets only. After that it should pass on the packets to another class for processing (PacketProcessor) that would check for special messages.
This would have two benefits :

  1. More modular, user can roll out his own packetprocessor or extend it for custom functionalities and message passing.
    2.Better support for multithreading, both can be separated into different threads.

Use a better system to identify peers

Probably use Dictionary instead of vectors.
Also there is the issue of relocation of buffer of STL data structures that would invalidate any memory references.
Will have to figure that out
