Large amount of ButtonWarps causing client timeout crash when listing.

I have over 1,000 buttonwarps configured on my server. When someone lists all the buttonwarps with /bw list, their client instantly times out / disconnects from the server with

lost connection: Internal Exception: net.minecraft.util.io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: java.lang.RuntimeException: An internal error occured.

I believe I have hit a threshold in how many can be listed and sent to the client before it crashes. I propose a simple solution to this problem by forcing pages. '/bw list [page]'. Have it list alphabetically, 25 or 50 button warps at a time.

[MAJOR ISSUE] Now it's 2012 buttons don't work!

This happened as soon as it rolled into 2012. There is a MAJOR failure in your code. Please fix.

Edit: I'm going around adding very large maximum use values to each button. This is the only workaround I've found so far.

ButtonWarp sole cause of some major issues and server crashing.

Over the past few weeks, I have been experiencing a server crash just about every day. It took a few days to sort out what was causing my server to crash, but I have finally narrowed the issue down to ButtonWarp with the help of mbaxter. So, I hope you can fix the issue(s) with ease.

Using mbaxter's custom plugin to log async tasks to narrow down which plugin may be causing the issue, this was found.

In the course of about 9 hours, that async task has been logged 5,267 times.

Here is a log showing that the async task from ButtonWarp occurred at the same time as someone being kicked from the server to prevent it from crashing.
