时间轮服务,提供了多级时间轮Service定义,级别可以自定义 同时初始化的时候是按照0点时间开始初始化,所有正常运行的时候,槽位会有一个初始化 最低精度1秒

另外还提供了

  1. 秒级精度的,秒,分钟,24小时的三级时间轮封装
  2. 秒级精度的,秒,分钟,24小时,7天(周)的三级时间轮封装
  3. 秒级精度的,秒,分钟,24小时,7天(周),31天(月)的三级时间轮封装

注意:周与月的slot不随其下一级轮同步,是实际的计算值,啊偶一慎用
