Potential updates for site build

• Only update new files, don't rebuild everything all the time
• Don't delete repos, but ignore them

Move Non Notebook Content Out of Content

Everything other than notebooks, in assets.

Copy over download script

Use (adapted) download script, as currently in master, to create zip files, and store in assets, on site build.

Next button on the first page

Within an online textbook, on the first notebook which is listed as the landing page, the next button doesn't work.

CSS / Style Stuff

• copy in bootstrap stuff
• look into layout of notebook pages, can we use relative margins
• have the right side bar move with page (fixed)
• less space on the sides (?)

Landing Page for Notebook Sections

Open question: what are the best landing pages for notebook sections (materials, labs, assignments).

For now, just use the first notebook, and copied to also display in toc.
