suggest: handler with continue will better in csvdataloader

using continue will be better when the return value ok is false
such as, when the data format error in one line, but the next many line is good, after return ok is false, dataloader break. it'll lost many data

[BinanceFuture] upgrade to v2 version, OCO orders, TestNet, WebSockets

Hi!

I'm pleased that I found your framework! It's great!

It will be useful if you can update BinaceFuture to https://github.com/adshao/go-binance/v2 version, therу are some reason:

1. Support OCO orders: https://github.com/adshao/go-binance/search?q=oco
2. Support TestNet

Also, there are no WebSockets in this exchange, but it will be handy!
Can you also support it?

I am trying to run the examples :
cd crex/examples/live go build -x main.go
after some time, the build fails with this message :

github.com/micro/mdns does not exist indeed anymore. I believe the former repo has moved somewhere else. How is it possible to point it to the new repo ? Thanks.
