Support new exchanges - Bitstamp and CoinDeal?

Would you be interested in adding Bitstamp and CoinDeal exchanges support?

I have some CSV from these exchanges but no withdrawals from exchange to FIAT so I don't know how to implement this particular functionality.

I have to calculate the taxes for my trades and I think that I will convert the files into a generic format so I can use these files in this calculator, but if you are interested, maybe we could work together to add these two exchanges to be supported and used by other people.

I tried opening up index.html, but nothing appears. What am I doing wrong?

custom format documentation

I was struggling to import a custom csv using the "generic format" as specified on the prepare screen. It would simply log an error in console.
Had a quick look at the code and it seems you need to add a header line "#custom". At least, that makes it work. Adding that to the docs might save someone 30 mins
