Pyto terminal shows most of the time: 'list index out of range'

Latest version of Pyto (downloaded from the App Store on 2 may 2023) on iPad ( 15.7.4) shows in terminal: 'list index out of range' for most commands:
Example:
$ pyton -m myfile.py IndexError: list index out of range (the file exists)
$ python -V IndexError: list index out of range

Also when running a script outside the terminal I get a
TypeError: 'argument must be an int, or have a fileno() method.`
But the code line is:
blabla = termios.tcgetattr(sys.stdin)
The same script runs on all systems I have (linux, mac etc) and is correct.
When I use:
blabla = termios.tcgetattr(sys.stdin.fileno())
I get the following error:
'InputReader' object has no attribute 'fileno'

In other words: I cannot run python programs (inside or outside the terminal)
