Package versions conflict

Thanks for this repo - I found a lot of great answers here! However, the requirements.txt seems to conflict.

The conflict is caused by:
The user requested botocore==1.18.9
awscli 1.18.150 depends on botocore==1.18.9
boto3 1.16.59 depends on botocore<1.20.0 and >=1.19.59

I'll see if there's a way out. I hope to get this working.
