Bunch of updates

1. YCM doesn't build on Mavericks, should figure out why.
2. TMUX 1.9a requires overriding several bindings to get windows / panes / splits to open using the same directory
3. tig 2.0.1 doesn't allow < in the .tigrc, so you now need <LT>
4. tig also renamed branches to refs, and changed the binding to view it to r, but this can be changed by binding H to the view-refs action

Updates

• make all should really run all commands
• brew install tmux, reattach-to-user-namespace, tig
• fix make ycm
