Recorder freezes on Chrome 49 beta

I can reproduce this issue on MRecordRTC demo page as well with Chrome 49. I think there might be conflicts between MRecordRTC() and RecordRTC() on handling audio stream. @thijstriemstra , what do you think?

@thijstriemstra , @alsar , does Chrome 49 generate video/audio in single webm? If so, any impact to videojs-record?

@zang Chrome 49 is the first version that implements the MediaRecorder API and generates a single file.

RecordRTC.js line 892:
I replaced isChrome with isMediaRecorderCompatible() and it seems to work now. Created a PR.

Also created a PR on videojs-record to check if audio exist. @thijstriemstra

p.s. Chrome 49+ supports 720p well.
