Dependency cleanup

Currently all of the modules and submodules include all of the dependencies. We need to clean this up so only dependencies needed are required.

Edit STB deletes catsServerHost parameter

When editing an STB from dawg-house UI, it will delete the catsServerHost field from the stb.

DELETE on an stb doesn't actually work

I think it has something to do with the fact the query is { id: ID}, where it should be {"data.id": ID}
