Can't add immutable models to a Backbone.Collection

Trying to add a Freeze.Model to a Backbone.Collection gives an error about calling trigger on the model.

var model = new Freeze.Model();
var collection = new Backbone.Collection();
collection.add(model); // error

I'm working around this as follows:

var model = new Freeze.Model();
var collection = new Backbone.Collection([model]);

It would be nice to be able to dynamically add Freeze.Models to a Backbone.Collection. I think this could be handled by making trigger a noop instead of an error.

Freeze.Model#off should be a noop

When removing a model from a collection, the collection will call model.off. This means that if we remove a freeze model from a regular collection, an error will occur.
