This program was made to work in parallel with the OpenSesame Tobii plugin. The included OpenSesame project outputs raw gaze point data and the Analysis software takes this and uses a simple GUI to define Areas of Intrest and fixation definitions. The output is a significantly refined data file.
I used Atom to build and run the Analysis project. The root project file is AutoDrawTracker.py.
Areas of intrest are defined using a click and drag tool.
A variable fixation size can be used but defaults to the size outlined in the raw eyetracking data.
Gaze points are plotted on top of stimulus images and fixations are displayed with a white circle.
An output file is generated that refines the original gaze point data file down to information about each area of intrest. For each trial there is a value for first fixations, total number of fixations and number of fixations for each AOI.
