Improvements to hidden items

I had to add some items to the first block of CSS to hide more things!
For me, the below fixed the layout to suit your screenshot.

Screenshot is out of date.

Update CSS

The new Facebook design came out. Time to update the user style.

Handle groups and profile better.

I never supported these very well. I should.

Groups are messed up

I'm trying to think of an elegant way to fix this but I'm not 100% sure or I'd do it myself. Any thoughts?

Design is completely outdated

Totes needs updating to consider graph search and all that good stuff.
