use software license

• switch to either MIT or GPL. cc-by is not recognized by github as software license.
• add license badge to readme

switch to vue, refactor settings UI

after adding webpack for hotreloading, add vue and refactor UI.

• use reactivity so inputs don't need to be disabled.
  • autofocus on next input once enter is pressed.
