GitGutter aliases are broken

When executing [h and ]h:

vim-gitgutter: please change your map <Plug>GitGutterNextHunk to <Plug>(GitGutterNextHunk)

Simple to fix. I may have a PR soon.

Dockerfiles

Something I intend to fix later but it's total yak shaving if I do it right now.

Official repo has highlighting in https://github.com/docker/docker/tree/master/contrib/syntax/vim so any submodule for pathogen will need to only source the subdir of that
There's other repos that are unofficial, possibly worth using instead.

Move (or fork) dotfiles in TigerDenHackers

So, most of the users of these dotfiles don't have access to the organization in which they live. This means that us expats need to rely upon upstream PRs getting merged. This is fine, but I trust all of us implicitly to maintain these (that's right blackhats of the interwebs. I'm giving implicit trust to people to not bork my dotfiles.).

Question:
Should we move (or just fork) these dotfiles in TigerDenHackers?

Also please @ mention anyone who we know still uses these, but for whom I don't immediately know their github handle (e.g. Magen)

Remove submodule "home/.vim/bundle/taskpaper.vim"

I'm probably the only one that used it. In the middle of doing something else right now, but this is just a note to let people know that this plugin can be removed.

vim-matchit plugin submodule no longer valid

I was trying to install the dotfiles on my new spiffy laptop and it looks like this sub-module this sub-module is gone.

I still and old cached copy (on my old laptop). I can make a repo or we can make one on here and throw it in there... or find somewhere else with it. Not sure what to do.

Use tmux's `if-shell` to see if the personal dotfile is present and then `source-file`

Not a comment on this w/r/t the PR, but tmux has an if-shell directive you could use to see if the file is present and then do a source-file.
