Metadata Field descriptions requested

Is it possible to get descriptions of the metadata fields, so that we understanding the context and meaning of the fields?

Image URLs

There are still some incorrect image URLs in the current json object files.

For example -- https://github.com/cooperhewitt/collection/blob/master/objects/100/00/10000.json

the URL should be http://data.cooperhewitt.org/media/350/10000.jpg

but it's still

http://data.cooperhewitt.org/media/350/chw1369.JPG

Set git name & email for contributors

There are a lot of commits attributed to "asc" or "Micah Walter" instead of being linked to the correct Github account. It would be helpful to have all contributors set up their git config so that commits get attributed correctly. I think it may be possible to rewrite the commits even now.

Missing Fields in objects.csv

Not all fields are included in the meta/objects.csv file, for example the embedded json data (location_visit). Are there plans to include this?

Search Field Behavior

There is a discrepancy in the ‘Search’ input field in the menu after scrolling.

Please scroll down so it becomes truncated and then click the search button on the url;
http://www.cooperhewitt.org/events/current-exhibitions/

If you click the icon it does the correct behavior, it would be great to keep this behavior consistent.

If you click the ‘Search’ text it shows an incorrect truncated search field.
