Why does it support only for Undertow and Tomcat?

Hi,
Our project is using Jetty server which is not supported by this starter.
So can you explain Why does it support only for Undertow and Tomcat?

And Should I add the graceful for Jetty server?

When pause Tomcat connector does not refused new http connections

Endpoint#Pause stops to accept and process connection but the socket is not closed and the connections are stalled waiting to be accepted. Thus if the application shutdown takes some time, these connections/requests are stalled until tomcat is stopped and then refused.

I would suggest to mimic the untertow GracefulShutdownHandler. What do you think?

it seens not work for spring boot 1.5.3release with tomcat

curl -i http://127.0.0.1:8000/gracefulshutdown return 404.
