Add a HUD for the game

Adding a basic display of health would be cool. It can have a bar, or a number of hearts like other games, anything is good really.

TitleScreen does not go away

Currently the TitleScreen does not go away.

I am open to ideas, but a simple one would be to have the screen go away when the user hits enter or the space bar.

Add bad guys

There are no bad guys in the game currently. Add some. There are sprites for a Goomba and a Turtle, or feel free to find something in the theme.

Make background fit game area, and not tiled

The background is now tiled across the entire game screen. This should be one background that spans the game area, not tiles.

Fix collision on the X axis

Add 3 layer scrolling background

The files for a scrolling background with 3 layers are in the assets folder. Right now they are not being used in the game.
The background should be layered in the following order:
Layer 1 (closest to screen) - bg-graveyard.png
Layer 2 - bg-mountains.png
Layer 3 (furthest from screen) - bg-moon.png

Add attack control

The character sprite has attack animations. Add a control (using the SHIFT or CONTROL key) that attacks in the direction the character is facing.

Add background music

There is no music in the game currently. Feel free to find something that matches the theme and add it in.

Character displays too low on the ground

The game character looks like it is too deep into the ground. This should be fixed to it looks more like he is standing in the grass more.
