Final turn of a winning hand is not how it should be

No matter which player "goes out" with a winning hand, the remaining players should each get one more turn. Currently if computer player 2 wings then the user player and computer 1 do not get another turn.

Duplicate Cards Appearing

At some point in the game, most likely after a "out of cards" situation occurs duplicate cards get introduce into the game. This results in improper scoring as well as discard issues that result in too few cards being left in the hand.

The Computer is Dumb

The computer does not make the smartest moves. This is because there is no system of decision making for "building" a run/ofAKind. If the computer has a 4 and 5 of hearts. It will potentially throw one of those instead of looking for the highest card that is solo and throwing that.
