"RttLwrOSFController" could not be found

Today we tried to reproduce the system as described here: http://cogimon.github.io/software/gettingstarted.html

The GZ Server, however, reported the following error. We were using Ubuntu Trusty and Gazebo 6.5 from Ubuntu Packages.

Generic ops file

Is it possible to have a user-independent and generic ops file? I'm talking about this line. Perhaps some environment variable or something similar...
