RST formula

Hi. Can someone please create a homebrew formula for RST? I don't have access to the code and I don't know its dependencies.

Update RSX formulas to 0.13 version

RSX formulas should be updated to the recently released 0.13 version.

The RSX formulas should be updated to the recently released 0.12 version.

It is not possible to tap corlab/homebrew-formulas any longer

If you google it you will find some tickets with similar issues. The fix seems to be:

Use 'depends_on "python"' instead.
