The repository 'http://ppa.launchpad.net/costales/anoise/ubuntu focal Release' does not have a Release file.

Feature Request - Add Volume button (up/down)

Add a volume button to up and down the sound.

The kind of problem that will solve, let's say you are about to watch or listen to something else on your computer and want to lower the sound of anoise app.

anoise-ui problem

dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/anoise-gui_0.0.4_all.deb (--unpack):
trying to overwrite '/usr/share/anoise/anoise.ui', which is also in package anoise 0.0.30
Errors were encountered while processing:
/var/cache/apt/archives/anoise-gui_0.0.4_all.deb

feature request: blend multiple sounds

It would be great if Anoise could mix multiple sound tracks, with a possibility of adjusting volume level of each. For example, user might want to listen for fireplace sound at full volume and overlay some less loud rain and thunder sounds on top. This would allow to create more complex and more realistic sound environments.

The simplest implementation would be to run multiple copies of Anoise process simultaneously.
In Anoise UI it could be implemented, for example, by adding a "+" button in the user interface, that would create additional copies of the sound widget, with its own sound picker and volume slider.

For demonstration, an example of online application that has sound mixer feature is Noisli (https://www.noisli.com)

P.S. Thank you for your great software!

Broken link on website

On the anoise website http://anoise.tuxfamily.org/ under the section about indicators you link to a gnome extension that no loner exists https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/55/media-player-indicator/

Should this link be removed?

Alternative these are two indicator extensions but anoise would have to be changed to make it work with them.

https://extensions.gnome.org/extension/438/mpris-22-player-indicator/
https://github.com/JasonLG1979/gnome-shell-extension-mpris-indicator-button
(I was able to get this working on Ubuntu 21.04 but anoise didn't show up)

(I couldn't get this working on Ubuntu 21.04)
