compiling xine: disable musepack

I had to add --disable-musepack to xine's autogen command to get it compile on ubuntu 11.10. Maybe add that to the instructions, too.

Hi there.

When I try to do the step 6.) Build and install xine-lib:
Get this error:

libnl3-dev dependency missing

I had to install the ubuntu/debian package libnl3-dev package to get compilation of enigma2 working. (netlink/netlink.h not found)

"cd enigma2" does not work

This instructions do not work:

git clone git://github.com/cougar-enigma/Enigma2PC.git
cd enigma2

because the directory is automatically Enigma2PC

Enigma2PC dvbsoftwareca bug

apstar VI134 caid is Irdeto 2 0604 , only watch bbc and cnn, mainly Enigma2PC of dvbsoftwareca not index programs, view the log oscam actual decryption, it is recommended to contact the author southerly with Enigma2PC look, and then modify dvbsoftwareca.

xine_enigma2.patch still current / reverse patch?
