ResolvePackageNotFound when building conda env

When creating the environment from the yaml file:

conda env create -f environment.yml 
Collecting package metadata (repodata.json): done
Solving environment: failed

ResolvePackageNotFound: 
  - matplotlib-base==3.1.3=py37hef1b27d_0
... <a whole list of other packages>

I read around and this could be an issue when exporting from different platforms (see conda/conda#7311 (comment))

I, for example, am trying to build the environment from a macOS 64bit (don't know what was the original export OS/architecture)

If this is the problem, the solution may lie in the --no-builds option when exporting (as per the link above)

task link in the wiki page does not work

Hey,
I found a small issue the Task Link in the Wiki page leads to NOT FOUND 404, but the sidebar (HOME, TASK) works.
