Work with Binary data?

Have you gotten this working with binary data? I'm trying to return a PDF and am having issues. I think it's on the API-Gateway side based on posts on the AWS forums (e.g. https://forums.aws.amazon.com/thread.jspa?threadID=219124) but thought I'd check if you've gotten it working. Setting heading mapping as you specified got it returning as a PDF, but didn't actually load (corrupted, again as in the linked aws forum thread).

Cannot read property 'pipesCount' of undefined

As per a previously reported issue (#1), I am getting the following error when the express app is called by your appHandler:

TypeError: Cannot read property 'pipesCount' of undefined

at Immediate. (/var/task/node_modules/express/node_modules/finalhandler/index.js:113:5)
at Immediate. (/var/task/node_modules/express/lib/router/index.js:618:15)
at Immediate.immediate._onImmediate (timers.js:435:18)
at processImmediate [as _immediateCallback] (timers.js:383:17)

I am using version 4.14.0 of express.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

How ever I get this error while trying to use this ...
