Loads correctly but after refresh doens't anymore

Whenever I save the page and have a look it works correctly, however with the next page load it reverts to standard footnotes. Uppercase numbers, text at the end of the page

After refresh the bigfoot js is gone from the page source. When I disable Auto-add in plugin config and add js in twig, the js doens't disappear but bignote popup still doesn't work

Hi,

I had to customize your great plugin (I needed "useFootnoteOnlyOnce" to be set to "false").
So I just enhanced it a bit. See Pull request.

Would be great if you could make another release!

Not able to use your plugin

Thanks for your plugin. I tried it today but I'm not able to activate it. See example online :

I set system.yaml as following :

Any clue ?
