Handle complex arg types when deserializing IDL into spec model

Right now there are some "complex" types that we don't handle in the args value of the IDL. Some that we've seen:

• optional parameters (note: any optional param can just be the type made nullable)
• vec2/arrays
• data objects generated by the code
• combinations of those things

When we parse the IDL source json, our resulting data structure should handle these cases.

Generated contract file needs to have capital class name and have methods inside class body

Right now our classes are being generated and look like:

class myclassname

fun contractMethodOne() { }

But they should look like:

class MyClassName {
    fun contractMethodOne()  {  }
}

Unit tests for convertCamelToSnakeCase

Probably should move it into a class before unit testing

Create module for common operations referenced in generated code

Good candidates to include in this module:

• convertCamelToSnakeCase
• sighash
• Value serialization into byte arrays (also could be part of web3core)

Migrate IDL deserializing to Moshi

Using Moshi to deserialize the IDL JSON will likely give us the functionality we need for advanced cases.

We probably want to move this into a class before unit testing.

Plugin: Ensure proper dependencies in generated code

Right now the generated code likely isn't coming along side the proper dependencies to run said code. The plugin code needs to make sure to add the right dependencies.
