Problem with popular UGiftcert-Module

Hi!

We encountered a problem with Magento-Amazonpayments-Module and UGiftcert-Module:
If you buy a Product using a Coupon-Code generated by UGiftcert, the discount will not transfered to Amazon.

It happens in the CheckoutController::saveOrderAction when aggregating the Discount:

order->getBaseDiscountAmount() // UGiftcert uses getBaseGiftcertAmount()
$order->getCouponCode() // UGiftcert uses getGiftcertCode()

So please alter your code like this

 if (abs($order->getBaseDiscountAmount()) + abs($order->getBaseGiftcertAmount()) > 0) {
    $couponCodes = array();
    if ($code = trim($order->getCouponCode())) $couponCodes[] = $code;
    if ($code = trim($order->getGiftcertCode())) $couponCodes[] = $code;
    $couponCode = implode(', ', $couponCodes);
    $amazonPromotion = Mage::getModel('checkoutbyamazon/api_model_checkout_promotion', array(
        'PromotionId' => (count($couponCodes) > 0 ? $couponCode : Mage::helper('checkoutbyamazon')->__('Discount')),
        'Description' => (trim($order->getDiscountDescription()) ? trim($order->getDiscountDescription()) : Mage::helper('checkoutbyamazon')->__('Discount')),
        'Discount' => array('Amount' => abs($order->getBaseDiscountAmount()) + abs($order->getBaseGiftcertAmount()))
    ));
    $promotionList = Mage::getModel('checkoutbyamazon/api_model_checkout_promotionList');
    $promotionList->setPromotion(array($amazonPromotion));
    $amazonCharges->setPromotions($promotionList);
}
