Your balance is not really zero, NanoVault's node is simply down and so the UI cannot be updated with your balance. To confirm, this, type your Nano address into https://www.nanode.co/ and/or https://nanowat.ch/ which will show what your account's balance is according to their node(s).

@AndrewT16 Sorry for the scare there, as @termhn mentioned we are having some weird node issues in the last 24 hours, causing it to crash somewhat randomly. I have restarted it for now, so everything should be working okay again. I will be upgrading the node tonight which should hopefully stop the crashing issues. Also definitely agree with adding an indicator in for when the node is not responding, to quell any fears that your Nano might be gone - I'll try and get that added in soon.
