Deprecate this project in favor of provider-jet-equinix

There are too many stale experimental Equinix/Packet/EquinixMetal provider projects. Packet was one of the first external providers for Crossplane. This led to the early adoption of other Provider standards in the Crossplane contributor community.

Deprecate this crossplane-contrib/provider-equinix project.

• crossplane-contrib/provider-equinix-metal is also deprecated
• crossplane-contrib/provider-tf-equinix-metal is also deprecated

The actively maintained project is provider-jet-equinix 🚀 .
